1. Refund Eligibility

  • If the delivered graphic design work does not meet the specifications agreed upon in the initial project scope.

  • If there are significant discrepancies between the final design and the approved concept.

1.2 Failure to Deliver:

  • In the event that we fail to deliver the agreed-upon graphic design services within the agreed timeframe.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

2.1 Initial Concept Approval:

  • Once you have approved the initial concept or design, the project is considered to be in the final stages, and refunds will not be issued.

2.2 Change of Mind:

  • Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered due to a change of mind or project direction on the client's part.

 

3. Refund Process

3.1 Notification:

  • To request a refund, please contact us at kreativeartx@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the final design.

3.2 Investigation:

  • We will conduct a thorough investigation to assess the validity of the refund request.

3.3 Refund Approval:

  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 days, and the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

 

4. Exceptions

4.1 Force Majeure:

  • We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control.

4.2 Third-Party Costs:

  • Any third-party costs incurred during the project, such as stock photos or specialized fonts, are non-refundable.
