Revisions: Reasonable revisions will be provided according to the terms discussed at the start of the project. Revisions do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Change of mind after work has commenced.
Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content, or lack of communication).
Differences in creative preference once the project scope has been approved.
Services already delivered in full or in part.

4. Exceptions

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, etc.).
Third-Party Costs: Any third-party purchases (e.g., stock photos, fonts, printing, or licensing fees) are strictly non-refundable.

Review drafts carefully before approval.
